Cancellation Policy

Anupamaa.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

– Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

– There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

РNo cancellations are entertained for those products that the Anupamaa.com marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

– In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

 

Exchange policy

Your satisfaction with our product is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it in its original condition with packaging, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached within a week of the invoice date. We will make every effort to exchange any item of clothing if the original garment that is returned for another size or style in the same price range of the purchase.

Sometimes it is not possible to guarantee another size or style will be available. In that case, we will try to produce the same garment within a month and if you don’t have that time limit, you can exchange it with a different style within same price range. To request an exchange or any kind of alteration (only once), simply contact us with your purchase details within a week of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting an exchange. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Please notice that all the cost will be borne by the customer (courier charges).
