SHIPPING & RETURNS

We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India.

All domestic orders are delivered within the number of business days mentioned on the product page. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping and treatment rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping terminus. You will get the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout, if applicable, after you make available the shipping address for your order.

SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS

All orders are administered from our own warehouse in New Delhi, India. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.

NO SHOW ON DELIVERY

Our delivery associates will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order more rapidly.

MODES OF PAYMENT

For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Master card, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks and also provide the option to pay using PayPal. PayPal and PayU are our third party payment gateways.

RETURNS

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

Nonetheless, if the product is improperly delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a sincere quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to encompassing re-fulfilling your order. The right product will be delivered to the customer within 7 working days. In such cases, if the customer requires a refund, the customer is requested to drop us an email on info@anupamaa.com.

Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution. No refunds will be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

No Refund or Exchange on Sale Merchandise.

REFUND

We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed. Only account credit will be provided against the cancellation of the order. For refund:- Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or account credit. If they meet our terms and conditions. Item must be return within 15 days for international and for domestic 7 days from the date of delivery and we must receive the merchandise unused, unworn, unwashed and most important undamaged by you. Merchandiser will be returned only if they are returned in their original packaging including all tags still attached . We don’t provide refund on any sold goods. Refund will be given in the form of account credit (Exchange) only. We are not liable for any damages caused to the Product during transit. In case of any return/store-credit or alteration the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
